Eric answered his own phone, took down all my information, and came to the site the SAME DAY! I had just purchased a new Delta kitchen faucet and needed it installed. When he was ready for the nut which holds the faucet in place, we discovered that it was missing from the brand new box. He went back to Home Depot for me with receipt in hand and asked them to supply the nut. The response from Home Depot was "pack the whole thing up, bring it back, and we'll exchange it for you for another new one. So, after a SECOND trip back to Home Depot, Eric had all that he needed and the rest of the installation went perfectly. He went above and beyond what my expectations were and he has now become my first choice for plumbing issues!

I recently needed the drains and stack from my second floor bathroom to the basement replaced. They gave me a great price and did excellent work. Highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects.
